Food, food, glorious food.

Are you two sisters???

Well..Cherry and I managed to do an awesome job at waisting an entire week away.

I can't say we actually did much of anything. Alot of chatting on MSN, a little cleaning, ALOT of movie/tv watching, and a bit of random outings in Seoul. I think we needed this break away from our School..to just chill out!! These are a few of the rare moments we weren't wearing Pj's.

Another wild night in Seoul

First day of holidays.

Cherry and I didn't get to sleep until 7am last night, and as a result slept in until 2pm today. I made coffee..we watched television...until 8:30 pm...then we walked to a delicious "Galby" restaurant, and ate.

Then..we decided to break out the ol' Dirty Dancing movies...first with Baby and Johnny, second with Havier and Katie! While watching..we made the somewhat horrific decision to mess around with a curling iron and make up. Cherry styled my hair in a tribute to Gem..the truely outrageous rocker barbie. I went with the classic Korean girl look with Cherry...much more successful...

what do you think?? sorry no pics of Cherry as a Korean, she threatened to take legal action for me posting them. That's so like her!

A regular night in Korea

Hello Family!! This is me..waiting for Cherry...for our semi nightly tradition, I thought I would share with you all.

Cherry and I are "sleep challenged" lately...staying up until around 6am daily. We think our bodies are fighting against Korea..and are naturally adapting to France's time.

Anyways, around 2am nightly..we get hungry...thirsty...bored. And head out for a little corner store shopping. Sometimes we get microwavable popcorn, sometimes icecream, other times just juice. Here is the long walk..this pic is taken from our front steps.

Inside the store is an alcoholic cashier. He is tanked nightly. When we enter, he starts to giggle. As he is ringing in our goods...he often drops our money all over the place..giggling like a school girl. He then bows repeatedly..while giggling as we leave. We have grown really fond of our drunk friend, and like to refer to him as Baldwin (obviously because of the Baldwin brothers)

Me again! Proudly holding our treats. Tonight, I got ice cream! Chocolate! Yum! Cherry got Macadamia nut chocolates, and some other kind of chocolate bar..that looks like Willy Wankas..golden ticket chocolate!

AND today we found Mr. Big chocolate bars in Seoul. JACKPOT!

That is my exciting life in Korea!!
