Our First Morning/and other firsts!

Our first morning here, we woke up very early...about 6am Korean time. We decided to venture out and explore our neighbourhood. This weekend I am going to take shots of our neighbour hood. This is our front door.









We were both super hungry due to not eating the day before, and the time change...so we went to find a breakfast restaurant. Easier said then done. We found one restaurant that was opened. We figured out we had to take our shoes off, were shown by some man where to place our umbrellas and we sat down. Unsure of what the heck we were doing we looked at pictures and pointed. The woman said ALOT to us in Korean, and we just said "yes yes yes". We were aiming for a bagel and coffee..and this is what we ate...at 7 in the morning.


















We still aren't exactly sure what we ate, beyone Kimchi. But it was delicious. Alot of food for two people though!! We then headed in for our first day of training. You can see a slight curl in my hair from the wonderful humid weather that morning! We spend about $25 on breakfast. And figured out ...shoes off...equals expensive, shoes on...not so bad...for the most part. And, it is nearly impossible to find an open coffee shop before about 10am in my neighbourhood....I KNOW insanity!
